How to do Vayu Mudra

  • This helps you to concentrate in one place and also stimulates the Prana flow.
  • Place your hand on the thigh and keep the palm facing the sky.
  • Bend the index finger slightly so that the thumb touches it.
  • Now press the index finger firmly with the help of thumb.
  • You will not feel this pressure in the beginning but it will get easier with practice.
  • Keep the rest of your fingers straight.
  • Do not move your hand and pronounce while breathing.
